Equipment Collection
We coordinate the collection of your end-of-life IT assets through secure, scheduled pickups or direct drop-offs at our certified facility. Our logistics partners follow strict handling protocols, and every transfer is documented to maintain a verifiable chain of custody.
Asset Registration & Audit
Once the equipment arrives, each item is individually tagged and entered into our asset management system. We record key details such as serial numbers, asset type, condition, and ownership status. Certified Data Erasure or Physical Destruction
Based on your data security policy, we perform either certified data wiping using industry-leading software like Blancco or Certus, or proceed with physical destruction of storage devices. Refurbishment or Recycling
After data has been securely removed, all equipment is carefully assessed for functionality.
